Digital Products are considered to be eBooks and downloadable templates that are sold from this website. All eBooks come with a 365 day money back guarantee and there are no refunds for the purchase of any digital templates.
Membership
To access certain features of the Website, you may need to register for an account. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify the Website immediately of any unauthorized use, or suspected unauthorized use, of your account or any other breach of security.
Subscription and Payment
By purchasing a membership to the Agency Growth Squad, you agree to pay the subscription fee associated with the plan you have selected. You also agree to the billing frequency you have selected, whether it be monthly, annually or otherwise. Subscription fees on the monthly plan are non-refundable.
If you sign up for the annual plan, a refund will only be available if you inform us of your decision to cancel within the first 7 day of the initial payment.
We do not offer refunds for any renewal payments if you do not cancel your subscription before the renewal is due. If you initiate a dispute through your credit card company, an administrative fee of $250 will be charged against your account to handle the matter.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please note that if you cancel your subscription before the end of your subscription term, your cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current subscription term, and you will not be entitled to any refund. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the Website will immediately cease.
Changes to Terms of Use
We may modify or revise these Terms of Use at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the updated Terms of Use on the Website.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
