Jumped in a sales call 20 minutes ago. She was very excited as she should. But told me a story about her getting hacked through fb and her bank getting hacked too. I didn't know how to tackle that. All I could say is I'm not a hacker. Any comforting approach i should of took?
Nevertheless sent her a picture of my ID will update you. But very weird situation and quite unique.

Honestly, I would just move on if someone is just so nervous - they are likely to be a pain later down the line.
