1) for delivery do you guys suggest to learn fb ads before I outsource right?
2) Since you write in usd, is there a currency exchange difference? e.g. is $1000 > £1000 retainer or is it £800

1. Yes, you cannot supervise a contractor unless you have a basic understanding of how ads work.
2. For UK I'd suggest a starting fee of £500 per month for Facebook ads management and then another £500 in ad spend that the client pays directly to Facebook.
3. Always be prospecting, get a client first and then we'll help you deliver the service.
